About the Club

The Jalal-Abad USMLE Club is a collaborative initiative between the JASU Student Scientific Society and JAIU Student Council.
Established in 2026, the club aims to bridge the gap between our local medical curriculum and the rigorous requirements of the United States Medical Licensing Examination (USMLE). We support International Medical Graduates (IMGs) by offering organized preparation, resource sharing, and mentorship — elements often missing in traditional medical education.
Whether you are just starting your USMLE journey or preparing for Step 2 CK or residency applications, the club provides a supportive and motivating environment to help you succeed.

Short-term Goals (First 6 Months)
  • Create widespread awareness about USMLE among 1st to 5th year students

  • Conduct introductory workshops on USMLE Step 1 & Step 2 CK
Long-term Goals
  • Significantly improve USMLE pass rates among club members
  • Organize annual mock exams and performance analysis
  • Build a strong alumni network in the USA
  • Provide comprehensive guidance on ECFMG, ERAS, residency applications, and visa processes
  • Promote research and scholarly activities to strengthen residency applications
