General Information
The development of the state language and social affairs are important areas of activity at Jalal-Abad International University.
These activities focus on implementing the state language policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, promoting the use of the Kyrgyz language in educational and administrative activities, supporting students' social and moral development, and fostering a positive multicultural environment within the University.
Given the University's international student community, particular attention is paid to the social integration of international students, strengthening intercultural understanding, and introducing students to the language, history, culture, and traditions of the Kyrgyz Republic.

- Supporting the implementation of the state language policy of the Kyrgyz Republic within the University.
- Promoting the use of the Kyrgyz language in official documentation, educational activities, and institutional operations.
- Encouraging students and staff to learn the state language and improve their language proficiency.
- Organizing competitions, thematic meetings, and cultural and educational events dedicated to the state language.
- Promoting Kyrgyz history, literature, national values, and cultural heritage.
- Encouraging international students to develop an interest in the Kyrgyz language and culture.
- Supporting students' moral, civic, and professional development.
- Conducting activities aimed at promoting legal awareness, social responsibility, and academic integrity.
- Organizing awareness programmes on healthy lifestyles and the prevention of misconduct.
- Supporting student initiatives, volunteering, and charitable activities.
- Facilitating appropriate support for students with social needs in cooperation with relevant University units.
- Organizing events dedicated to public, national, and international holidays.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the implementation of work plans related to state language development and social affairs.
- Cooperating with faculties, departments, and other structural units of the University.
- Supporting the organization of social, educational, and cultural activities for students and staff.
- Participating in the identification of students' social needs and facilitating appropriate support measures.
- Coordinating the evaluation of activities and the preparation of relevant reports.
Organization of Activities
Activities are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, the University Charter, internal regulations, and approved work plans.
The relevant Vice-Rector coordinates state language development and social affairs. Activities are implemented in cooperation with the University's structural units, academic staff, and student community.
