The Administrative and Facilities Management Department (AFMD) of Jalal-Abad International University is responsible for organizing and coordinating administrative and maintenance operations, maintaining and developing the university's infrastructure and material resources, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for educational, scientific, and administrative activities.
The department focuses on the efficient use of resources, proper maintenance of university facilities, and the uninterrupted operation of essential support services.

Main Areas of Activity
- Material and Technical Support: Providing academic buildings, administrative offices, and other university facilities with the necessary equipment, furniture, and maintenance supplies.
- Building Operations and Maintenance: Monitoring the technical and sanitary condition of university facilities and organizing routine repairs and maintenance.
- Campus Maintenance and Landscaping: Organizing cleaning, landscaping, and general upkeep of university grounds.
- Safety and Compliance: Participating in the implementation of fire safety, occupational health and safety, and sanitary and hygiene measures.
- Coordination of Support Services: Organizing and supervising the work of technical, maintenance, and support personnel.
- Efficient Resource Management: Monitoring the use of material assets and promoting energy conservation and the efficient use of utilities.
- Event Support: Providing logistical and technical support for university events and activities.
- Cooperation with External Organizations: Coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and utility service providers on facilities management matters.
