The practical training of students at the Medical Faculty of Jalal-Abad International University relies on an extensive network of clinics and officially designated clinical training facilities. This model ensures continuous immersion of students in real clinical environments and the development of solid professional skills.

JAIU operates its own multidisciplinary clinic "Shifaa", which is in the process of opening, as well as two clinics under its operational management - "Zharmukhamed" and "ISMAA-MED". At these facilities, students master outpatient and inpatient therapy, surgery, pediatrics, family medicine, and other specialties, participating in patient management under the supervision of instructors and mentor physicians.

An important component of the clinical infrastructure includes healthcare institutions with which long-term cooperation agreements have been signed: Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital (JARCH), Regional Children's Hospital, as well as family medicine centers and city polyclinics. The combined bed capacity of these facilities exceeds 595 beds, including adult, pediatric, and obstetric-gynecological departments, ensuring a wide range of clinical cases and diverse patient categories.

JAIU students engage in clinical activities early: preclinical training is conducted, and from the second semester onward, they participate in clinical sessions. The practice covers therapeutic, surgical, pediatric, obstetric-gynecological, psychiatric, and other departments, as well as emergency and urgent care services.

This distribution of academic time allows for combining theoretical preparation with real work at the patient's bedside and in outpatient settings.

Additionally, the university is developing international clinical partnerships: agreements have been signed with the CHINOR Medical Center of Tashkent Medical Academy and several multidisciplinary clinics in India and Pakistan (KIMS Hospital, Nobel Hospital, Nova Hospital, etc.), creating opportunities for international internships and expanding students' clinical experience.

All clinics and facilities place special emphasis on patient and student safety, compliance with infection control standards, professional ethics, and deontology. Before interacting with patients, students undergo briefings on safety procedures, sanitary norms, and patient communication rules. Practical procedures are performed only under the supervision of an instructor or supervising physician.

Thus, the university clinics and clinical facilities of JAIU form an integrated clinical-educational environment where future physicians gain comprehensive experience in diagnosis, treatment, and disease prevention in accordance with national and international standards of medical education.
