On February 13, Jalal-Abad International University, with the support of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Kyrgyz Republic, organized a special seminar training for faculty members and students.
The event was conducted by Omurbek Mukhidinovich Sapanov, Senior Officer of the Firefighting and Emergency Prevention Department, and Eldiyar Sharshenovich Torokulov, Vice-Rector for Administrative and хозяйственные Affairs.
