Today, Bishkek is hosting a major scientific and medical event — the International Symposium “Organ Donation and Transplantation in Kyrgyzstan.”
At the invitation of the organizing committee, Jalal-Abad International University is represented at this forum by the Rector of JAIU, Mirsadyk Rakhimberdievich Narbayev, and the Vice-Rector for International Relations and Investments, Dr. Dipak Chaulagain.
The symposium is organized by the Turkic World Transplantation Society with the comprehensive support of the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Turkish Transplantation Society, the Middle East Society for Organ Transplantation, and Baskent University, Turkey.
The main objective of the international symposium is to support the development and implementation of advanced practices in the field of organ donation and transplantation in the Kyrgyz Republic. The event also aims to consolidate the efforts of the medical and academic communities of Central Asian countries in developing effective approaches to the treatment of end-stage organ diseases.

Participants discuss key issues related to organ donation, transplantation care, international cooperation, and the clinical, ethical, organizational and legal aspects of transplantation.
