On May 30, 2026, Jalal-Abad International University hosted an international scientific and practical conference titled “Science, Education and Digital Technologies: Experience, Innovations and Development”, dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, Associate Professor Dinara Emenovna Kanetova.
The conference was distinguished by its high academic level, comprehensive scientific program, and representative participation. Approximately 60 researchers took part in the event, including 12 Doctors of Sciences and 20 Candidates of Sciences.
The main scientific focus of the conference was mathematics. Particular attention was paid to uniform and general topology, mathematical modeling, differential equations, singularly perturbed problems, and the application of mathematical methods in modern research. At the same time, the conference maintained an interdisciplinary character, covering natural sciences, engineering, medical sciences, geoecology, biology, social sciences, humanities, pedagogy, and issues of digitalization in education.
Participants represented academic and research institutions from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Russia, Turkey, and Tajikistan. The majority were scholars, faculty members, master’s students, and students from various regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Among the distinguished guests were:
representatives of the scientific school of Keldibay Alymkulov, including Dr. Gulbadan Matieva, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic;
representatives of Kyrgyz National University named after Jusup Balasagyn (online);
Director of the Jalal-Abad Scientific Center of the Southern Branch of NAS KR, A.A. Aidarbekov;
representatives of Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov, including Prof. A. Ashiraliev and Prof. K.S. Alybaev;
a representative of the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Jalal-Abad region, who awarded a letter of appreciation to the юбиляр;
delegation of the Central Asian International Medical University led by Rector T.K. Narymbetov.
The conference was held in three stages.
The first stage included the opening ceremony with welcome speeches by President of the University, Prof. Zh.T. Arynbaev, Rector, Assoc. Prof. M.R. Narbaev, and distinguished guests.
The second stage was devoted to plenary sessions, where two keynote presentations were delivered:
— Prof. K.S. Alybaev on “Mathematical Models of Phenomena”;
— Assoc. Prof. V.E. Anarbekova on “Scientific and Pedagogical Contribution of Dinara Emenovna Kanetova to Modern Education”.
The third stage included sectional sessions. Eight parallel sections were organized, where presentations by leading scientists, educators, young researchers, master’s students, and students were discussed.
At the end of the conference, participants were awarded certificates, letters of appreciation, and diplomas. Authors of the best presentations among students and master’s students received commemorative books.
The conference emphasized the importance of further development of research in mathematical modeling, topology, and interdisciplinary fields, as well as the involvement of young researchers in scientific activities.
The conference became not only a significant scientific event but also a tribute to the long-standing academic, pedagogical, and mentoring contributions of Dinara Emenovna Kanetova. The event successfully integrated science, education, digital technologies, and academic continuity.
