Improvement of pedagogical qualification of teachers

In the Jalal-Abad International University, the training for the improvement of the pedagogical qualification of the teaching staff continues. Today is the third day of classes conducted by Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor Siyaev Tashtanbek Monoldorovich.

Special attention is paid to the relationship between psychology and pedagogy as the most important element of teaching activity. Understanding the psychological characteristics of students helps teachers to build effective interaction, motivate students and increase the effectiveness of the educational process.
