Jalal-Abad International University (JAIU) was honored to welcome Dr. Oksana Aleksandrovna Gavrilyuk, Associate Professor, PhD in Pedagogical Sciences, Head of the Department of Latin and Foreign Languages, and Director of the Center for International Programs at Krasnoyarsk State Medical University named after Professor V.F. Voino-Yasenetsky (Russian Federation).

The visit was aimed at establishing and strengthening academic cooperation between the two institutions. During the official meeting, the parties discussed key areas such as:

• development of joint educational programs,
• academic mobility for students and faculty,
• collaboration in medical education and research,
• exchange of educational and methodological materials.

Special attention was given to the prospects of signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to serve as a foundation for long-term cooperation in education and scientific research.

The leadership of JAIU expressed sincere appreciation for Dr. Gavrilyuk’s visit and reaffirmed its commitment to expanding international academic partnerships.
