December 18, 2025Jalal-Abad International University (JAIU) has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with JR International Education Consultant (Unit of JR Memorial Trust), India, marking an important step toward strengthening international student recruitment and academic cooperation.
The Memorandum was signed between Jalal-Abad International University, represented by the Rector, Dr. Narbaev Mirsadyk Rahimberdievich, and JR International Education Consultant**, represented by Dr. Rakib, Director of the organization.
The key focus of this partnership is the recruitment and enrollment of students from the North Eastern states of India, including Manipur, Nagaland, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Tripura, and Assam, into JAIU’s medical education programs. These include the Doctor of Medicine (MD/MBBS equivalent) and postgraduate residency programs.
During the discussion, both parties emphasized the importance of providing quality medical education, transparent admission processes, and comprehensive student support services. The collaboration will involve promotional activities, student counseling, application assistance, organization of educational seminars, and coordination of pre-departure and visa support services.
This MoU establishes JR International Education Consultant as the exclusive partner for student recruitment from the designated regions of North East India, aiming to ensure a structured, ethical, and student-focused recruitment process.
The leadership of Jalal-Abad International University expressed confidence that this collaboration will enhance the university’s international presence and provide talented students from India with access to high-quality medical education in the Kyrgyz Republic.
This partnership reflects JAIU’s continued commitment to internationalization, academic excellence, and global cooperation in higher medical education.
