Osmonov (JaSU), marking a significant milestone in strengthening academic collaboration and institutional development.The MoU was formally signed by Professor Kenesbek Usenov, Rector of Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov, and Associate Professor Mirsadyk Narbaev, Rector of Jalal-Abad International University.
