On December 18, 2025, a delegation from Jalal-Abad International University (JAIU), led by Dipak Chaulagain, Vice-Rector for International Relations and Investments, took part in the Erasmus+ Information Day 2025 held at the main conference hall of Osh State University (Osh).

The event was organized by the Delegation of the European Union to the Kyrgyz Republic in cooperation with the Erasmus+ National Office in the Kyrgyz Republic. Its goal was to increase awareness and encourage Kyrgyzstani organizations to engage with Erasmus+ opportunities by presenting key priorities, tools, and successful practices of EU–Kyrgyzstan cooperation in higher education.

During the seminar, participants received an overview of the Erasmus+ 2021–2027 programme and practical guidance on priorities and application procedures across the main funding lines. The discussions also focused on international partnerships, sharing implementation experience, and strengthening networking with European universities.

As a result of the participation, the JAIU team enhanced its understanding of current Erasmus+ opportunities, expanded professional contacts, and identified prospects for developing new project initiatives and international partnerships.
