On February 23, Jalal-Abad International University hosted a ceremonial event dedicated to Defender of the Fatherland Day titled “Er jig̈it el chetinde, joo betinde.” The event was organized under the leadership of Zhumanalieva Maksuda Bekieva, Head of the Department of Morphological Disciplines.

Honored guests included Lieutenant Colonel Madiyarov Ilyaz Mamazakirovich, Commander of Military Unit No. 7704 (Manas city), along with 30 servicemen from the unit.

The ceremony was opened by the President of JAIU, Doctor of Economics and Professor Arynbaev Zhanybai Tokoevich, and the Rector of JAIU, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences and Professor Narbaev Myrsadyk Rakhimberdievich.

The university administration expressed deep gratitude to the commander and the personnel of Military Unit No. 7704. On behalf of the university, valuable gifts were presented to the servicemen in a formal ceremony.

Faculty members of the Department of Morphological Disciplines, together with students, prepared a festive concert program featuring dances, songs, and theatrical performances, creating a warm celebratory atmosphere. The participation of the servicemen served as an inspiring example for students and highlighted the importance of serving the Motherland.

At the end of the event, Lieutenant Colonel Madiyarov I.M., representing Military Unit No. 7704, presented the university with a letter of appreciation. The event was held in a warm, patriotic spirit and contributed to strengthening cooperation between the university and the military unit.
