Jalal-Abad International University (JAIU) continues to expand its international partnerships aimed at strengthening the link between education and industry.
As part of these efforts, an offline meeting was held with distinguished Indian stakeholders, including Dr. Abdul Hamid, Mr. Fayaz Ahmed, and Dr. Feroz. Representing leading Indian companies, they expressed strong interest in collaboration with JAIU and attracting highly qualified young specialists from among its graduates.
During the meeting, several key topics were discussed:
- Employment opportunities for graduates in international companies;
- Internship prospects for senior-year students;
- Development of joint educational and career-oriented projects;
- Employer expectations regarding the professional and personal competencies of young specialists;
- Long-term cooperation between JAIU and industrial partners from India.
The Indian stakeholders also made the following recommendations:
- Ensure a minimum of 54 months of university education, in line with the requirements of the National Medical Commission of India;
- Strengthen parental engagement, particularly regarding students’ discipline and academic performance;
- Introduce clinically oriented training from the early stages of study, with an emphasis on developing practical skills.
The meeting was conducted in a warm and professional atmosphere, leaving a positive impression on all participants.
