A cooperation agreement was signed between the Mayor’s Office of Manas city and Jalal-Abad International University (JAIU), opening new opportunities for school graduates. The agreement was signed with the participation of Mayor Abdupata Zhoroevich Matkalikov, JAIU Rector Mirsaidyk Rakhimberdievich Narbaev, and JAIU President Zhanybai Tokoevich Arynbaev.
According to the agreement, in the 2026–2027 academic year, 5 applicants will be admitted to JAIU to study General Medicine on a 100% scholarship basis. This initiative aims to train medical specialists for the region and expand access to quality higher education.
