Free Endocrinology Check-Ups Held at Shifaa Clinic

On May 22–23, 2026, free consultative endocrinology check-ups were held at Shifaa Clinic of Jalal-Abad International University with the participation of specialists from the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The event was aimed at improving access to specialized medical care for the population, supporting early detection of endocrine diseases, and strengthening international cooperation in the field of healthcare.

Over the course of two days, doctors examined about 200 patients, including both children and adults. Patients received qualified consultations, recommendations for further examinations, preventive measures and treatment guidance.

Special attention was given to patients with thyroid diseases, diabetes mellitus, growth and developmental disorders in children, obesity and other endocrine conditions.

The following specialists took part in the event:

Nigina Talabbekovna Sultanova — Chief Pediatric Endocrinologist of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

Dinara Abrolovna Alieva — Candidate of Medical Sciences, endocrinologist;

Sirojiddin Suyunovich Kholmiminov — Head of the Department of International Relations, endocrinologist and ultrasound diagnostics doctor.

The implementation of such medical initiatives is highly important for the region, as it allows residents to receive consultations from specialized doctors, identify possible diseases in a timely manner and determine further steps for diagnosis and treatment.

The event also became an important stage in the development of international medical cooperation.
