On June 29, 2026, Jalal-Abad International University held the final meeting of the Academic Council dedicated to reviewing the results of the 2025–2026 academic year.
During the meeting, the Vice-Rectors and heads of structural divisions presented reports on the implementation of their annual work plans. Members of the Academic Council reviewed the University’s performance in education, research, international cooperation, student development, and administrative activities. They also discussed the achievements of the faculties and academic departments during the reporting period.
Particular attention was given to ensuring the quality of education, improving academic programmes, strengthening research capacity, expanding international cooperation, developing the University’s material and technical infrastructure, and further digitalising the educational process.
Following the discussions, the Academic Council positively assessed the University community’s performance during the 2025–2026 academic year and approved a number of organisational decisions.
The Council also identified priority objectives for the 2026–2027 academic year. These objectives are aimed at further improving the quality of specialist training, advancing research activities, and strengthening the competitiveness of Jalal-Abad International University within the national and international higher education community.
