On 10 November 2025, Jalal-Abad International University hosted the I Student Scientific and Practical Conference “PROSPECTS IN MEDICINE. 21st CENTURY”, dedicated to the Day of Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. The conference became an important academic platform for young researchers, providing opportunities for exchanging ideas and presenting current results in medicine and related fields.

The conference brought together students, master’s students, young scientists and faculty members from the Kyrgyz State Medical Academy named after I.K. Akhunbaev, Osh International Medical University, Central Asian International Medical University and Jalal-Abad International University, as well as representatives of foreign universities.

Student research presentations were delivered in the following sections:

1. Humanities and Information Technologies in Medicine
2. Innovation and Artificial Intelligence in Medical Practice
3. Modern Trends in Fundamental Medical Research
4. Interdisciplinary Approaches in Medical Education of the 21st Century for Sustainable Development of Society

Within the framework of the conference, more than 50 presentations were delivered and discussed, reflecting current trends in modern medicine, digital technologies and interdisciplinary research.

All participants received certificates of participation, and students who delivered the best presentations were awarded I, II and III degree diplomas.

Based on the results of the sectional sessions, the participants adopted the following resolution of the scientific conference:

1. To continue holding the annual student conference “PROSPECTS IN MEDICINE. 21st CENTURY” as a traditional scientific platform for young researchers.
2. To strengthen academic supervision and support for student research projects.
3. To expand international cooperation in the field of medical education and science.
4. To implement innovative teaching methods and research practices on the basis of the university.
5. To recommend the best student presentations for publication in the international scientific journal Eurasian Journal of Science and Medicine Research (EJSMR).

The Organizing Committee expresses its sincere gratitude to the academic supervisors of the participating universities and to all participants for their active involvement, the high scientific level of the presented works and their contribution to the development of student science.
