Information for Applicants to JAIU
Jalal-Abad International University (JAIU) welcomes applicants and provides comprehensive information about the admission process for 2025.
Our university offers modern educational programs, qualified faculty, and excellent learning conditions.
To enroll, applicants must familiarize themselves with the admission rules, prepare the required documents, and successfully pass the entrance exams.
Admissions Committee
The Admissions Committee provides consultations for applicants, accepts documents, and organizes entrance exams.
Who Can Apply
- Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic applying for a state educational grant (hereinafter referred to as a grant).
- Foreign citizens applying for a grant based on international agreements that have entered into force in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and foreign citizens applying for higher professional education programs under contracts with tuition fees paid by legal and/or natural persons (hereinafter referred to as tuition contracts), regardless of the organizational-legal form (ownership or departmental affiliation) of educational institutions.
Main Admission Deadlines
- Summer Admission: July 1 to August 25.
- Winter Admission: December 20 to February 15.
- For Foreign Citizens:
- The admission process for foreign students (from far abroad) will be conducted online through the official WCIEC Studyzone application.
- According to the schedule set by the university’s admissions committee.

For Citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic

- Original ORT certificate (for full-time programs)
- Certificate or diploma
- 2 photos (4x6 cm), 4 photos (3x4 cm)

- Military ID or registration certificate
- Receipt for document processing fee

- Tripartite budget contract

For Citizens of Near Abroad Countries
- Application addressed to the JAIU Rector
- Certificate
- Certificate of equivalence (except for Russia, Belarus, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan)

- Copy of passport or ID
- Receipt for document processing fee
- Medical certificate (Form 086-U)

- Passport with visa and copy
- Secondary education certificate + notarized copy
- Notarized translation
- Diploma for postgraduate studies
- NEET results (for India)
- Certificate of equivalence

- HIV, hepatitis, and malaria test results
- Receipt for document processing fee

Results of each round are published on the university’s official website within 2 working days.

Entrance Exam Schedule
Exam (Testing):
- August 13 – Russian Language, Chemistry, Biology
- August 27 – Russian Language, Chemistry, Biology
- September 10 – Russian Language, Chemistry, Biology
- September 24 – Russian Language, Chemistry, Biology
- October 8 – Russian Language, Chemistry, Biology
Time: 09:00–12:00. Results are announced the next day at 15:00.
List of Applicants Recommended for Enrollment Based on Exam Results
The lists of recommended applicants are published:
- After 1st Round: August 6, 2025
- After 2nd Round: August 13, 2025
- After 3rd Round: August 20, 2025
The lists are posted on the university’s official website and on the admissions committee’s information boards.
Applicants included in the list must confirm their consent to enrollment within 3 working days.
Admission of Citizens of Near Abroad and CIS Countries (Russian Language Programs)
For citizens of CIS and near abroad countries:
Required Documents:
- Secondary education certificate (with nostrification)
- Health certificate
- 6 photos (3×4 cm)
- Copy of passport
Entrance Exams: Internal university exams in Biology, Chemistry, and Russian Language.
Document Submission Deadline: October 15, 2025.
