INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
About Us
Jalal-Abad International University (JAIU) actively develops international relations with leading universities and educational institutions from countries across the CIS, Asia, and beyond. We have established agreements, memoranda of understanding, and partnerships with numerous higher education institutions, fostering collaborative opportunities in education, research, and student exchanges. Our most dynamic collaborations are with universities in India, Uzbekistan, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Russia, Kazakhstan, and other nations, facilitated through bilateral agreements, joint projects, and academic mobility initiatives.
Academic Mobility Programs
JAIU places a strong emphasis on academic mobility to enhance the global exposure of our students and faculty. Our programs enable participants to engage in international scientific and practical conferences, research collaborations, and specialized training. Students and staff have opportunities for exchanges and internships at partner institutions, promoting the exchange of ideas and innovative practices in teaching and research.
Notable examples include:
- Internships and educational exchanges with the Medical Center "CHINOR" of Tashkent Medical Academy (Uzbekistan), supporting academic mobility in medical fields.
- Student mobility programs with the University of Khorfakkan (UAE), focusing on specialized exchanges in Information Technology.
- Participation in academic exchanges, such as lecturer Dr. Taalaibek Kyzı Aida's mobility program at Eye Hospital Chanke in India.
These initiatives ensure that JAIU students gain practical experience abroad while contributing to international academic networks.
Guest Lectures and Master Classes
JAIU regularly hosts guest lectures and master classes by renowned international experts to enrich our academic environment. Recent highlights include:
- Guest lectures under the Academic Mobility Program, featuring international scholars sharing cutting-edge knowledge in medicine, IT, and management.
- Visits from global leaders, such as Dr. Fayaz I. Ahmed, Director of WCIEC from India, discussing academic exchange programs and joint research.
- Collaboration sessions with representatives from MARK ABROAD Educational & Career Services, exploring pathways for student and faculty development.
These events provide our community with insights into global best practices and strengthen cross-cultural academic ties.
