How to Request Documents?
- Send your request by email to: int_relation@jaiu.kg
- Clearly indicate:
- Your full name (as registered at JAIU)
- Student ID number (if known)
- Year of graduation
- Exact list of required documents
- Purpose of the request (e.g., FMGE/NExT verification, employment, residency application, further studies, etc.)
- Preferred format (original hard copy with seal, scanned PDF, apostilled version, etc.)
- Delivery method (email, post/courier, or collection in person/by authorized representative)
Processing Time
- Standard requests: 3–7 working days from the date of receipt of the complete request
- Urgent requests (with justification): we will do our utmost to expedite
- Apostille/legalization (if required): additional 5–10 working days (coordinated through relevant ministries at no extra cost to alumni)
We strongly recommend submitting your request well in advance of any deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
