A seminar entitled “Proper Preparation of Official Documents” was held for first-year students at Jalal-Abad International University. The event was conducted by the Dean of the Faculty, Shavkatbek Mominzhanovich Astanov.

During the seminar, students were introduced to the main requirements for drafting official business documents, their structure, content, and the specific features of formal written language. Special attention was paid to the rules for writing applications, explanatory notes, and reports, as well as to observing the norms of formal business style in their preparation.

As part of the event, the students received the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical recommendations on preparing official documents, which is an important component of their overall professional training. Such seminars contribute to improving students’ legal, linguistic, and document management literacy, as well as to developing skills in proper business documentation.
